Having recently signed to taste-making home City Slang (Caribou, Sinkane, Gold Panda) sir Was finds himself in good company. Now the Swedish producer, who grew up in a tiny village outside Gothenburg listening to Coltrane and Charlie Parker, has revealed a beautifully spacious video for 'Falcon'. Pulling on these early influences as well as his experience playing in various groups around the world, he creates a wonderfully atmospheric, wholly laid-back and effortless cut that hints at the quality of its accompanying EP, due 3 June, shortly after a London show at The Old Blue last. -G.O'B
